1. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we are only shipping to the contiguous U.S.
2. What if I ordered the wrong size? We would be happy to exchange it, if we still have it in stock. You would be responsible for the return shipping.
3. Are any of your items non-refundable? Any and all undergarments, sunglasses, items with sequins,
beading, distressing, crystals, elastic jewelry, etc. Also, Clearance and Sale items are non-refundable.
4. Do you offer any specials, discounts, or coupons? We have Sales and Specials regularly! Sign up for our Newsletter/Blog and check us out on Facebook and Instagram to keep updated !
5. What is your return policy?
a) Store purchases/ Online Pickups- Returns for cash/credit refund must be made within 7 days of the date on the original receipt. You may exchange or receive in-store credit within 14 days of the original receipt date. Receipt must be present at time of return.
b) Online orders- Must be returned within 15 days for full credit.
c)Merchandise for return or exchange must be in original condition ( no wash, no odor/smoke, no wear, no damage, no missing pieces, and all tags still faceted to merchandise, etc...)
d) Any damaged merchandise, within the appropriate time frame, must have all the parts present.
e) Clearance and Sales items are non-refundable.
f) We hold the right to refuse to refund any merchandise at our own discretion.
